Replies with the question and buttons to interact with it.
To prevent spamming the chat with embeds there is a green button to reroll a question.
Suggestions

The command will ask for a text which will have the question in it.
You may phrase your question however you like but it will be rephrased to better fit the bot.
You will get a DM from the bot if you question was approved or denied.
Suggesting troll questions will limit your access to the bot.
User Stats - WIP

The command will ask you to put an id of a user. if kept empty it will choose your id.
Amount of questions answered, answer ratio, and more in the future.
this feature is currently work in progress and is subject to change in the future.
it is currently not possible to set your profile private.
